(Nazhen Technology). The company plans to issue no more than 310,855,000 overseas listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

In 2024, based on global optical module revenue, the company held a 2.9% market share, ranking fifth among all professional optical module manufacturers worldwide. By China's optical module revenue, it captured a 7.2% market share, securing third place among global professional optical module makers.
In the same year, by global optical module revenue, the company ranked seventh among all optical module manufacturers worldwide. When measured by China's optical module revenue, it held the fourth position among all global optical module producers. Additionally, in terms of global data communications optical module revenue, the company achieved a 3.5% market share, ranking fifth among professional optical module vendors globally. For global FTTx optical module revenue, it held a 5.0% market share, placing third among specialized optical module manufacturers worldwide. In China's optical network terminal box revenue, the company secured a 4.1% market share, ranking third among all professional optical network terminal box manufacturers globally.
As of the latest practicable date (February 24, 2026), the company is also one of the few enterprises worldwide that possesses both the research and development and mass production capabilities for optical modules and optical chips.
