CHU KONG PIPE (01938) has announced that Mr. Zhan Jianzhou has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director, effective April 1, 2026, due to personal commitments limiting his availability. Following his resignation, Mr. Zhan will also step down from his roles as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of both the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee on the same date. The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Sun Hui will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of both the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, effective from April 1, 2026.
