JF SmartInvest repurchases 73,500 shares, treasury stock climbs to 4.35 million

JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd. disclosed a share buyback executed on 23 June 2026, acquiring 73,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 26.90 to HKD 27.98, for a total consideration of HKD 2.02 million.

The transaction reduced the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) by 0.0158%, bringing the outstanding float to 464.01 million shares. Treasury shares increased to 4.35 million, maintaining the company’s total issued share count at 468.36 million.

The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises buybacks of up to 46.41 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 274,800 shares, representing 0.0592% of the company’s issued share base on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares remains in effect until 23 July 2026.
