CStone Pharma repurchases 1.33 million shares for HK$6.23 million, equal to 0.08% of share capital

CStone Pharmaceuticals (CStone Pharma) disclosed that it repurchased 1.33 million ordinary shares on 16 June 2026 via on-exchange transactions at prices between HK$4.61 and HK$4.74, for a total consideration of HK$6.23 million. The volume-weighted average price was about HK$4.68 per share.

Including 6,000 shares repurchased on 15 June 2026 at HK$4.66 each, the company now holds 1.34 million shares pending cancellation, equivalent to approximately 0.08% of its 1.60 billion issued shares.

The latest buyback utilises less than 1% of the 136.45 million-share mandate approved on 25 June 2025; cumulative purchases under this authority represent 0.10% of the share base at the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, CStone Pharma is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales following the 16 June repurchase, restricting such activities until 16 July 2026.
