Since the adjustment of domestic refined oil product prices on July 31, international crude oil prices have experienced a rapid decline followed by volatile trading. The average price over the 10 working days before this adjustment was lower than the average price over the 10 working days before the previous adjustment.
Based on changes in the international oil market, starting from midnight on August 14, the prices of domestic gasoline and diesel (standard products) will be reduced by 230 yuan per ton and 220 yuan per ton, respectively.
China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec), and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), along with other crude oil processing enterprises, must organize the production and transportation of refined oil products, ensure stable market supply, and strictly implement national pricing policies.
Local authorities must strengthen market supervision and inspection efforts, severely penalize actions that violate national pricing policies, and maintain normal market order. Consumers can report price violations through the 12315 platform.
