Jacobio Pharma Buys Back 66,000 Shares; Treasury Stock Climbs to 6.35 Million

Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. (Jacobio Pharma) disclosed that it repurchased 66,000 ordinary shares on 27 April 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices between HKD 7.11 and HKD 7.19, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 7.16 per share and a total consideration of HKD 0.47 million. All repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock, lifting the company’s treasury shares to 6.35 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 66,000, or 0.01%, to 785.41 million. • Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 791.76 million shares, as the buy-backs are retained in treasury.

Repurchases were executed under the mandate approved on 10 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 78.87 million shares. Cumulative buy-backs under this mandate now total 3.33 million shares, representing 0.42% of the share count on the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Jacobio Pharma is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 27 May 2026.
