Wilmar International (F34) reported that its 89.99%-owned subsidiary, Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings (YKA), recorded a 26.0 per cent year-on-year rise in profit attributable to shareholders to about 0.60 billion Singapore dollars for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.
Revenue grew 2.9 per cent to roughly 46.2 billion Singapore dollars, while operating profit surged 44.4 per cent to approximately 1.0 billion Singapore dollars.
Excluding non-recurring items, shareholder profit almost tripled to around 0.54 billion Singapore dollars. Basic earnings per share increased to 0.58 yuan, and the weighted average return on equity improved to 3.32 per cent from 2.70 per cent.
As at Dec, 31 2025, YKA’s total assets stood at about 43.2 billion Singapore dollars, with shareholder equity of roughly 18.2 billion Singapore dollars.
