Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd. (PSBC) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 28 August 2026 in Beijing. The meeting’s agenda includes:
• Reviewing and approving the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. • Authorising the publication of these interim results. • Evaluating the potential declaration and distribution of an interim dividend for shareholders.
Chairman Zheng Guoyu will preside over the session, which will also be attended by executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors as listed in the announcement. The bank reiterated that it is not an authorised institution under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance and therefore does not conduct regulated banking activities in Hong Kong.
