On October 5, 2026, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft acquired 249,142 shares of PONY-W by way of taking a security interest through its subsidiary Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas acting as depositary of the ADR program of the Company. The transaction was effected off-exchange and involved services as consideration, with no cash value (HKD 0). As a result of this deposit, the declarant's short position also increased, from 51.98% to 52.05%.

Prior to the acquisition, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft held 184.12 million shares in long position, representing 51.99% of the issued shares. Following the acquisition, the long position increased to 184.37 million shares, with the ratio rising to 52.07%. Meanwhile, its short position rose from 184.06 million shares (51.98%) to 184.31 million shares (52.05%).
