ZhengTong Auto Services Finalises Disposal of Shenzhenshi Huianqi

China ZhengTong Auto Services Holdings Limited (ZhengTong Auto Services) announced the completion of its previously disclosed major and connected transaction involving the disposal of Shenzhenshi Huianqi on 19 May 2026.
The transaction was approved by independent shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting, following the initial announcement on 7 January 2026 and the circular issued on 23 January 2026. With completion now confirmed, ZhengTong Auto Services no longer holds any equity interest in the disposed business entity.
The board, chaired by Mr. Huang Junfeng, reiterated that the disposal complies with all required approvals and regulatory procedures.
