Yeebo (International Holdings) Limited has released its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, outlining an expanded reporting boundary, material progress on sustainability metrics and new climate-related targets.
Key Developments • Coverage Expansion: The FY 2025/26 ESG scope now spans display operations in Guangdong, Guangxi and Hong Kong, and—for the first time—the artificial-intelligence compute business in Shanghai and Hong Kong. • Board-Led Governance: The Board reviews ESG strategy, approves risk tolerance and resources, and has mandated a cross-functional ESG Working Group to execute annual risk assessments and monitor climate-related initiatives. • Material Priorities: Product safety and quality, talent development, occupational health, anti-discrimination and prevention of forced labour rank as the top five material issues for stakeholders.
Environmental Performance • Emissions: Total greenhouse-gas emissions rose to 20,860.79 tCO₂e (FY 2024/25: 16,601.13 tCO₂e) after the scope expansion; however, emissions intensity improved to 0.1093 tCO₂e per m² of finished goods (-2% YoY). Acid-alkali gases and VOCs fell nearly 20% due to production-line optimisation. • Waste: Hazardous waste increased 38% to 110.80 t, mainly on higher vitrified waste from product-mix changes; non-hazardous waste climbed 22% to 929.41 t, though intensity declined 6%. • Energy: Electricity consumption reached 40.40 million kWh (-) with intensity stable at 211.61 kWh per m². Energy-saving projects cut 5.01 million kWh, avoiding roughly 2,031 t of CO₂. A 203 kW rooftop photovoltaic system generated 0.21 million kWh, saving about HKD0.20 million in power costs. • Water: Usage totalled 331,660 m³; intensity fell 6% to 1.74 m³ per m². Recycled water hit 39,608 m³, a 12% recycling rate. • 2030 Targets: 10% reduction in water use and packaging material, 20% cut in electricity consumption, 10% fall in hazardous waste, and 5% drop in GHG intensity versus 2023 baseline.
Social Indicators • Workforce: Headcount rose 8% to 1,687 employees, with 98% based in mainland China. Turnover declined to 26% (FY 2024/25: 39%). • Training: 99% of employees received training, averaging 19 hours each. • Safety: No work-related fatalities for the third consecutive year; 192 lost workdays due to injuries (-16% YoY). Yeebo secured ISO 45001 certification during the year. • Labour Practices: No breaches of labour, child-labour or forced-labour regulations were reported.
Supply Chain & Product Responsibility • Suppliers: The qualified list expanded to 265 vendors, all located in mainland China, now encompassing non-production materials. Quarterly evaluations cover quality, delivery and ESG compliance. • Product Quality: The company maintained IATF 16949, ISO 9001, QC080000, ISO 13485 and other certifications. Eighteen quality-related customer complaints were logged; none led to product recalls. • Data & IP Protection: Multi-layer cybersecurity and strict confidentiality protocols are in place; no data-privacy breaches occurred.
Climate Risk & Opportunity Assessment Yeebo completed its inaugural climate-scenario analysis referencing IPCC SSP and NGFS frameworks. Key physical risks include extreme weather and heatwaves; transition risks involve tighter VOC regulations and evolving customer expectations. Mitigation measures encompass emergency planning, production rescheduling, green product development and exploration of additional renewable-energy investments.
Compliance & Ethics The group reported zero cases of corruption, bribery or fraud, reinforced by a gift-registration system, whistle-blowing channels and 460 training hours on business ethics delivered to directors and staff.
Community Engagement Initiatives included 91 paid internships with local universities and vocational schools, factory tours for students, and employment of 16 persons with disabilities.
Yeebo states that the Board has reviewed and approved the ESG disclosures and will continue to refine governance structures and pursue its stated environmental and social targets in line with stakeholder expectations and regulatory developments.
