CapitaLand Ascendas REIT preferential offer attracts 2.4 times subscription

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT has announced that its latest preferential offering closed on Apr, 15 2026 with strong demand, recording 315.4 million unit applications—approximately 244.24 % of the 129.1 million units available.

Valid acceptances amounted to 96.1 million units (74.45 % of the offer), while excess applications reached 219.3 million units (169.79 %). The remaining 33.0 million units not validly accepted will be used to meet excess demand, with priority given to rounding odd-lot holdings.

CLI RE Fund Investments Pte. Ltd. subscribed for its full provisional allotment of 21.8 million units, and CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited did the same for 83,639 units. Following completion, these parties will hold 16.07 % and 0.06 % respectively of the enlarged 4.99 billion units in issue.

The new units are expected to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Apr, 23 2026. Refunds for unsuccessful excess applications will be credited within three business days of that trading date.
