Under a three-year letter of appointment, Ms. Fan will receive annual remuneration of HK$3.60 million, subject to periodic review by the Remuneration Committee.
Following these changes, Yeebo’s Board will consist of six directors: three executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
The announcement confirms that neither Mr. Li nor Mr. Cheung has outstanding claims against the company, and no matters require shareholder attention under the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
The Board expressed gratitude to the departing executives and welcomed Ms. Fan to her new roles.
