AIMS APAC REIT Updates Allocation of Fund-Raising Proceeds

On Aug, 05 2026, AIMS APAC REIT (O5RU) said it has disbursed an additional 10.7 million Singapore dollars from its 100.0 million Singapore dollars equity fund raising completed in May 2023, directing the amount to previously identified asset enhancement initiatives.

With this latest allocation, the real-estate investment trust has utilised 28.6 million Singapore dollars for asset enhancement works, 36.2 million Singapore dollars to partially fund the purchase of 2 Aljunied Avenue 1 in Singapore, 32.8 million Singapore dollars for debt repayment, and 2.4 million Singapore dollars for professional and related expenses.

The manager noted that further updates will be provided when the remaining proceeds are materially deployed.
