TradeGo Fintech Limited disclosed that it bought back 0.90 million ordinary shares on 11 August 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
• Repurchase details – Volume: 0.90 million shares (0.13 % of the company’s issued shares, excluding treasury stock, before the transaction) – Price range: HKD 1.28–1.34 per share – Total consideration: HKD 1.19 million – Weighted-average repurchase price: HKD 1.32 per share
• Capital structure after the buyback (as at 11 August 2026) – Issued shares (excluding treasury): 705.05 million – Treasury shares: 44.95 million – Total issued shares (including treasury): unchanged at 750.00 million
• Mandate utilisation – Shareholders authorised a repurchase mandate on 30 June 2026 covering up to 70.69 million shares. – Cumulative repurchases under the mandate now total 8.74 million shares, equivalent to 1.24 % of the issued share base on the mandate date.
• Moratorium – In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, TradeGo Fintech cannot issue new shares or sell treasury shares until 10 September 2026.
The board confirmed that the transaction complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements, and that all funds due from the repurchase have been fully settled.
