Following a series of concerts and music festivals in Qingdao, a massive influx of fans gathered at various venues across the city. To ensure the safe and convenient travel of tens of thousands of attendees, Qingdao Chengyun Holding Group made detailed plans and coordinated deployments, implementing thorough measures from initial preparation to on-site management to protect the audience's journeys to and from events.

During the planning phase, the group's transportation management department, leading various operating units, conducted detailed site inspections, thoroughly surveying road conditions around the venues, route directions, and transfer facilities. In line with traffic control requirements from public security and traffic management departments, they carried out multiple plan simulations, dynamically optimizing vehicle parking locations and dispatch schedules. To address the high passenger flow evacuation needs at the Qingdao Citizen Fitness Center, the group dispatched 120 buses daily, opening 4 shuttle routes directly to Taidong, Lechengcheng, Jiaozhou Baolong Plaza, and Chengyang Lvjiazhuang Night Market, while also allocating 20 mobile emergency vehicles for rapid reinforcement during passenger surges.

Facing the instantaneous pressure of large crowds leaving the venues, the group optimized capacity allocations for 15 regular bus routes around the Guoxin Stadium area. After the shows, during peak hours, departure intervals were shortened, with Route 314 running as frequently as every 5 minutes, and 14 routes including 381 and 501 maintaining intervals of 5 to 8 minutes; for 9 key routes, the last bus departure times were extended. Due to temporary on-site traffic controls, 7 bus routes passing through the area, including 223 and 381, were simultaneously adjusted with temporary rerouting measures. Additionally, 40 mobile emergency vehicles were stationed at parking lots around the venues, ready for deployment at any time, to ensure stable and safe bus operations during the events.

Across the five concert support tasks, the group invested over 400 logistical staff members in total, deployed 576 vehicle trips, and safely and orderly evacuated 20,100 fans. Since the start of July, the group has completed transportation support for 13 large-scale cultural and sports events, evacuating nearly 80,000 spectators in total. Qingdao Chengyun remains committed to its core mission of serving public travel, continuously refining its transportation support capabilities for major events, and using bus services to back various cultural, sports, and tourism activities across the city.
