Based on the bank's previously announced first-quarter results for the period ending March 31, 2026, net income reached $42.6 million, with diluted earnings per share of $2.18, exceeding market expectations. Core bank net interest income totaled $63.2 million, a 12% year-over-year increase, driven primarily by a 26-basis-point expansion in net interest margin to 3.96%, supported by lower deposit costs and growth in interest-earning assets.
Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, the bank reported total assets of approximately $7.25 billion as of the end of the first quarter.
