OUE Healthcare launches Singapore’s first private sleep laboratory

Singapore – OUE Healthcare Limited announced that subsidiary O2 Healthcare Group has opened O2 SleepWell Laboratory, described as the nation’s first private sleep laboratory.

The facility, operated by O2 SleepWell Pte. Ltd., offers end-to-end sleep medicine services ranging from screening and diagnosis to treatment initiation and long-term management. It officially commenced operations on Mar, 13 2026, World Sleep Day.

O2 SleepWell Laboratory entered a non-binding memorandum of understanding with HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. to explore coverage of diagnostic and therapeutic sleep services for the insurer’s customers.

Patients may undergo overnight sleep studies at Cura Day Surgery Centre in Camden Medical Centre or at alternative locations such as hospital wards, hotels or their homes.

O2 Healthcare Group is also working with Parkway East Hospital to establish a dedicated private sleep laboratory targeted for launch by mid-2026.

The company stated that the launch and related collaborations are not expected to have a material impact on earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
