Ourgame issues quarterly update: limited records access hampers liquidation progress; trading remains halted

Ourgame International Holdings Limited (In Official Liquidation) released a quarterly update outlining the status of its winding-up process and efforts to resume trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Joint Official Liquidators (JOLs) reported that they still have only limited access to the Group’s books and records, preventing a full assessment of financial affairs, assets and operations. To secure control of these materials, the JOLs are seeking formal recognition of the Cayman-court liquidation in the Hong Kong courts.

Creditors and shareholders convened the adjourned first meeting on 2 June 2026 (Cayman Islands time). Interested parties have been identified for a liquidation committee, and the JOLs are working to constitute the committee to assist in ongoing proceedings.

Because of restricted access to records, the Company did not publish audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 and anticipates a delay in dispatching the 2025 annual report. Further announcements will be issued in line with Listing Rule requirements.

Trading in Ourgame shares has been suspended since 4 March 2026 at 11:59 a.m. and will remain halted until further notice. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
