Xinyi Glass Outlines 2025 Final Dividend; Scrip Election Deadline Set for 14 July 2026

Bulletin Express
Jun 26

Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited has released the timetable and key terms for its final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, accompanied by a scrip dividend scheme that allows shareholders to choose between cash, new shares, or a combination of both.

Shareholders on the register as of 8 June 2026 are eligible to participate. Those opting for shares—either wholly or partially—must return the completed Form of Election to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 14 July 2026. Failure to submit the form, or submitting it incorrectly, will result in the entire dividend being paid in cash.

Distribution of share certificates and/or cash dividend cheques is scheduled for Wednesday, 29 July 2026. Documents will be sent by ordinary post to the registered addresses or, for cash payments, in line with existing payment instructions. Shareholders who sign the election form without specifying the number of shares, or who request shares exceeding their eligible holding, will be deemed to have elected to receive the entire dividend in shares.

The company states that any disputes related to the scrip dividend will be resolved conclusively and bindingly by its board of directors.
