STYLAND HOLD (ASX: 00211) has issued an announcement projecting a loss for the group of approximately HK$34.9 million for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.

This compares to a net loss of about HK$58.3 million recorded in the corresponding period of the prior financial year ending March 31, 2025.

The reduction in the net loss for the 2026 fiscal year is primarily attributed to several factors.

These include an increase in asset management revenue of about HK$5.4 million compared to the approximately HK$40.6 million recorded in the 2025 fiscal year.

Additionally, there was a decrease of HK$14 million in the fair value loss on investment properties from the HK$37 million loss in the prior year.

Penalties were reduced by HK$3 million from the HK$3 million recorded previously, and the expected credit loss recognized on receivables, loans, and other amounts owed decreased by approximately HK$4.9 million from the roughly HK$7 million in the 2025 fiscal year.

Financing costs also saw a reduction of about HK$2.2 million from the approximately HK$17.4 million incurred in the previous year.

However, these positive contributions were partially offset by an increase in selling and distribution expenses, which rose by approximately HK$6.3 million from the about HK$14.9 million recorded in the 2025 fiscal year.
