BlackRock Enters Derivatives on 0.59 Million ENN Energy Shares During Privatisation Process

Hong Kong, 6 June 2026—In connection with the proposed privatisation of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd by way of a scheme of arrangement, BlackRock, Inc. filed a Rule 22 disclosure with the Hong Kong Takeovers Executive detailing derivatives activity on 5 June 2026.

BlackRock entered into 18 separate derivative contracts linked to a combined 591,100 ENN Energy shares at reference prices ranging between $51.45 and $51.79 per share. The transactions involved total consideration of approximately $14.55 million.

Following the dealings, BlackRock’s resultant interest—aggregating its own position and that of any concert parties—stood at 14.20 million ENN Energy shares. As disclosed, BlackRock is classified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company by virtue of its shareholdings.
