Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SET) said on Jun, 4 2026 that it has signed a binding agreement to sell the Parc de Meslay cold-storage facility in Parçay-Meslay, France, to SNC France Plateformes for 5.7 million euros, equivalent to about 8.5 million Singapore dollars.
The price is 3.3% above the asset’s latest independent valuation of 5.52 million euros as at Dec, 31 2025. Completion is subject to municipal pre-emption rights, which lapse in Sep, 2026, with closing targeted for Oct, 2026.
Net proceeds will be used for reinvestment in line with the trust’s strategy or for general working capital. The managers will receive a divestment fee of 28.5 thousand euros, equal to 0.5% of the sale price.
Following the sale, Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust’s portfolio exposure to logistics, light industrial and data-centre assets remains above 61%, with Western Europe and the Nordics accounting for more than 90% of its portfolio value. The trust aims to raise its exposure to these sectors to over 70% by 2027.
