Bulletin Express
May 04

BaTeLab Co., Ltd. (BATELAB) submitted its monthly return for April 2026, indicating stable share capital and confirming compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

At month-end, authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged. Authorised ordinary share capital stood at 63.00 million shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00, split between 18.00 million H shares and 45.00 million unlisted domestic shares. Issued share capital likewise held steady at 18.00 million H shares and 45.00 million unlisted domestic shares, with no treasury shares in either category.

The filing reconfirmed that the public float for H shares met the 25 percent minimum threshold mandated by Main Board Rule 13.32B, underscoring adequate market liquidity.

No new shares, treasury share movements, options, warrants, or convertibles were recorded during the month. Under the restricted share unit (RSU) scheme approved on 2 December 2024, a balance of 371,876 RSUs remains outstanding, representing the maximum number of H shares that could be issued upon future vesting; no RSUs were converted in April.

Overall, BaTeLab’s capital structure and share count were unchanged during the period, and regulatory float requirements were satisfied. The monthly return was signed by Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Li Yi on 4 May 2026.
