CAOCAO INC (HKEX: 02643) has announced a change in its financial leadership. Mr. Liu Sensen has resigned from his position as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Concurrently, Mr. Yuan Peng has been appointed as the company's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Both changes are effective from June 22, 2026. Following his resignation as CFO, Mr. Liu will continue to serve in his capacity as the company's Executive President.
