LOGORY (02482) has announced that The Stock Exchange has confirmed that Mr. Long Ke meets the requirements of Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules and is qualified to act as the company secretary of the company. Concurrently, Ms. Yuan Yingxin has resigned from her positions as joint company secretary of the company and as the company's agent in Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents and notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (Legal Process Agent), effective from March 31, 2026. Mr. Long will continue to serve as the sole company secretary of the company, effective from March 31, 2026. Ms. Ran Liqiao will succeed Ms. Yuan as the company's Legal Process Agent, effective from March 31, 2026.
