The board of GUOFUHEE (02582) has announced a proposal to remove Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the company's auditor.
The board also recommends appointing RSM Hong Kong as the new auditor to fill the vacancy resulting from the proposed removal.
This change is referred to collectively as the proposed change of auditors.
