Mongolian Mining issues reminder on electronic delivery of shareholder communications

Mongolian Mining Corporation (MMC) has reiterated that, following the update dated 27 September 2024, all future corporate communications will be distributed electronically instead of in printed form.

Both English and Chinese versions of documents—including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms—will be posted on MMC’s website (www.mmc.mn) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company has not yet obtained functional email addresses from intermediaries for certain non-registered shareholders. Those investors are advised to contact their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to provide an email address to ensure timely receipt of electronic materials.

Shareholders who prefer printed copies may complete the enclosed reply form and return it to MMC’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong), or submit a request via email to mmc.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
