Grandshores Technology releases 2026 annual report, AGM circular and notice online; printed copy available on request

Grandshores Technology Group Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Annual Report, related circular and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been uploaded to the company’s website (www.grandshorestech.com) and to HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to access these documents electronically. Those who experience difficulty retrieving the online files, or who prefer hard copies, may complete the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 1647-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge.

Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries should provide a functional e-mail address to those intermediaries to start receiving electronic notices of future corporate communications. Until a valid e-mail is supplied, the company will continue to send publication notices in hard copy.

Enquiries regarding the arrangement can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The notification was issued under the authority of the board and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Yao Yongjie on 30 July 2026.
