Shares of INNOGEN-B (02591) tumbled more than 5% in intraday trading, reaching a low of HK$4.22 and setting another historical bottom. As of the latest update, the stock was down 4.57% at HK$4.28, with a turnover of HK$27.103 million.

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 17, shareholder Huang Li reduced her stake in INNOGEN-B by 3.35 million shares, with a total transaction value of approximately HK$16.8415 million. Following the reduction, the latest shareholding stood at about 40.6211 million shares, representing 9.67% of the total issued shares.

It is noted that INNOGEN-B has completed its first anniversary of listing, and the 12-month lock-up commitments for controlling and major shareholders expired on August 15. The shares unlocked this time total 384 million, accounting for roughly 91.3% of the circulating shares.
