Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc. announced that an employees’ representative meeting on 15 June 2026 elected Mr Peng Jinghui, aged 39, to serve as the employee-representative director on the company’s third Board session. His appointment will commence after the 2025 Annual General Meeting scheduled for 18 June 2026 and will run through the end of the third Board’s term.

The company confirmed that Mr Peng satisfies all eligibility requirements under the PRC Company Law, the Articles of Association and relevant regulatory provisions. Following his election, the combined total of senior management members and employee-representative directors remains below half of the Board, in line with statutory limits.

Mr Peng, currently an executive director and head of the company’s research institute, has been with Delton Technology since December 2015. His prior experience includes roles as process engineer at Shengyi Electronics (July 2009 – February 2013) and engineering positions at Delton Technology’s predecessor (March 2013 – August 2015). He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and process from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (June 2009).

Under a forthcoming service contract, Mr Peng will not receive remuneration for his Board duties. As of the announcement date, he controls 578,738 A shares in Delton Technology and has no disclosed relationships with other directors, senior management or major shareholders, nor any other public company directorships within the past three years.

The Board currently comprises executive directors Xiao Hongxing, Zeng Hong and Peng Jinghui; non-executive director Liu Jinchan; and independent non-executive directors Chen Limei, Li Ying and Dr Shi Ling.
