OKG Tech AGM: Shareholders Back All Nine Resolutions with Over 99% Approval

OKG Technology Holdings Ltd. reported that every one of the nine ordinary resolutions tabled at its Annual General Meeting on 21 August 2026 secured overwhelming shareholder support, with approval rates ranging between 99.72% and 100.00%. Union Registrars Limited acted as scrutineer for the poll.

The meeting covered the adoption of the audited results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, re-appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as external auditor, re-election of three directors, authorisation of directors’ remuneration, and renewal of share issue and buy-back mandates.

Participation snapshot The company had 5.37 billion issued shares eligible to vote. No shareholder was required to abstain, and no special voting restrictions applied under Hong Kong Listing Rules. All directors attended the meeting in person or electronically.

Governance implications The decisive endorsement strengthens the board’s authority to manage capital through new share issues (up to 20% of current issued capital) and share buy-backs (up to 10%), while confirming the continuity of key board members and the external auditor.

Chairman, CEO and Executive Director Mr. Ren Yunan presided over the meeting, reaffirming the board’s mandate to execute the company’s strategic and financial initiatives following the successful passage of all resolutions.
