IMPACT Therapeutics, Inc. has entered into an exclusive agreement with global specialty pharmaceutical company Pharmanovia to manufacture, develop and commercialise the PARP1/2 inhibitor senaparib in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

The deal grants Pharmanovia rights to senaparib for maintenance monotherapy in advanced epithelial high-grade ovarian, fallopian tube and primary peritoneal cancer across 66 countries, including all 27 EU member states, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Australia and New Zealand, as well as multiple MENA markets.

Financial terms include total potential consideration of up to EUR423.50 million, comprising: • An upfront payment; • Near-term regulatory milestone payments; • Commercial milestone payments tied to specific sales thresholds; • Tiered royalties on net sales, capped in the mid-twenties percentage range.

Regulatory progress continues in Europe, where the Marketing Authorisation Application for senaparib as first-line maintenance therapy in advanced ovarian cancer was accepted by the European Medicines Agency in August 2025, with a decision anticipated in the second half of 2026.

Senaparib, approved by China’s National Medical Products Administration in January 2025 and added to the National Reimbursement Drug List in December 2025, features a novel molecular structure designed for high target selectivity and a broad safety window. Ongoing life-cycle management includes combination-therapy studies and expansion into additional indications.

The transaction is classified as revenue in the ordinary course of business and does not constitute a notifiable or connected transaction under Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules.
