Newtrend Group (02573) announced that Ms. Zhang Xianqiao has resigned from her roles as joint company secretary, authorized representative under the Listing Rules, and the authorized representative for service of process and notices in Hong Kong, effective July 31, 2026, due to personal career arrangements. Following her resignation, Ms. Jian Junyi has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and the authorized representative for legal proceedings, also effective July 31, 2026. Ms. Zuo Yue will continue serving as the other joint company secretary.
