Winshine Science (00209) announced that effective April 10, 2026, Mr. Lin Shaopeng has resigned from his position as a non-executive director of the company and will no longer serve as a member of the nomination committee. Additionally, Ms. Hu Xinqi, an independent non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
