Tat Seng Packaging adjusts board, appoints new executive and lead independent directors

Tat Seng Packaging Group Ltd announced the appointment of Goi Kok Ming as Executive Director, effective Aug, 07 2026.
The company also named current Independent Director Tan Lye Heng Paul as Lead Independent Director from the same date.
With these changes, the board will comprise Executive Chairman Goi Seng Hui, Executive Director Goi Kok Ming, Lead Independent Director Tan Lye Heng Paul, Independent Director Kong WeiLi and Independent Director Chen Zhen.
The Nominating, Remuneration and Audit & Risk committees remain unchanged.
