China Life Insurance Sees No Share Capital Movement in June 2026, Maintains Public-Float Compliance

For the month ended 30 June 2026, China Life Insurance Company Limited submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, confirming that neither its authorised nor issued share capital changed during the period.

The insurer’s authorised share capital remained at 28.26 billion ordinary shares, comprising 7.44 billion H shares and 20.82 billion A shares, each with a par value of RMB 1. Issued shares were unchanged at 7.44 billion H shares and 20.82 billion A shares, and the company held no treasury shares.

China Life also affirmed that its H-share public float continues to satisfy the Main Board’s 5% minimum requirement for PRC issuers. There were no share option exercises, warrant issues, convertible securities, repurchases, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipt activities during the month.

The filing was lodged on 2 July 2026 by Company Secretary Heng Victor Ja Wei, who confirmed compliance with all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations.
