Centurion Corporation Limited announced at its LTS Investment Seminar on Apr, 13 2026 that revenue for the twelve months ended Dec, 31 2025 rose 17 % year-on-year to 295.9 million Singapore dollars and net profit from core business operations increased 26 % to 139.2 million Singapore dollars.
The group’s overall net profit after tax, including fair-value adjustments, was 141.6 million Singapore dollars, down from 382.6 million Singapore dollars a year earlier, when an exceptional revaluation gain had been recognised.
Revenue from purpose-built worker accommodation contributed 233.4 million Singapore dollars, representing 79 % of group turnover, while purpose-built student accommodation generated 59.8 million Singapore dollars, or 20 %. Singapore remained the largest market with 212.3 million Singapore dollars in sales, followed by the United Kingdom at 42.5 million Singapore dollars and Malaysia at 20.8 million Singapore dollars.
As at Dec, 31 2025 the company managed 41 operational properties across six countries with approximately 78,847 beds and apartments, giving it 2.7 billion Singapore dollars of assets under management. Cash and bank balances stood at 373.1 million Singapore dollars, net gearing was 12 %, and the average debt maturity was five years with an interest-coverage ratio of 5.2 times.
The board recommended a final cash dividend of 2.0 Singapore cents per share and a special distribution in specie of units in Centurion Accommodation Real Estate Investment Trust on the basis of one unit for every ten shares held, bringing the full-year dividend to 4.0 Singapore cents.
Centurion signalled further growth through new developments and acquisitions in Singapore, Malaysia, the United Kingdom and Australia, including additional beds at Westlite Ubi, Westlite Toh Guan and Westlite Mandai, as well as new student housing projects in Melbourne, Perth and London.
