Shareholders are encouraged to review these materials online.

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the electronic documents, or who prefer printed copies, may complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or send an email to 6610-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request.
