Securityholders also authorised the managers to issue new stapled securities of up to 50% of the existing float – with a 20% sub-limit for non-pro-rata issues – and to undertake on-market and off-market buy-backs of up to 10% of outstanding stapled securities. The issuance mandate passed with 86.54% support, while the buy-back mandate obtained 87.83% approval.
During the meeting, Chair Lim Swe Guan said the trust delivered resilient FY2025 results and is positioned for 2026 with a portfolio weighted toward logistics, light industrial and data-centre assets. Chief Executive Officer Simon Garing reiterated that FY2026 distributions per stapled security are expected to be broadly in line with the prior year, barring unforeseen circumstances.
