The bonds are divided into two categories based on interest rate type. Category One consists of fixed-rate bonds with an issuance scale of RMB 10 billion and a coupon rate of 1.53%. Category Two comprises floating-rate bonds with an issuance scale of RMB 5 billion, with the coupon rate linked to the 1-year LPR minus 142 basis points, resulting in an initial coupon rate of 1.58%.
