LINKLOGIS-W Announces Leadership Changes in Corporate Governance Roles

LINKLOGIS-W (09959) has announced that Ms. Zhang Xiao has tendered her resignation as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, effective from August 20, 2026, citing changes in her work arrangements.
Following this transition, Ms. Wang Yihan, who previously served as the other joint company secretary, will continue in her capacity as the sole company secretary of the company.
In addition, Ms. Wang Yihan has been appointed as the authorized representative, while Mr. Zhang Tianyuan has been designated as the new process agent, both succeeding Ms. Zhang Xiao with effect from August 20, 2026.
