Jardine Matheson unveils new share buyback of up to S$675 million

Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced on Jun, 25 2026 that it has finished its previous share repurchase programme of about 338 million Singapore dollars and has begun a new buyback plan targeting the return of up to 675 million Singapore dollars to shareholders.

The company said the ordinary shares repurchased under the programme will be cancelled, in line with its capital allocation policy and the powers granted by the Bermuda Companies Act and the firm’s constitution.

The new share buyback is expected to run until the end of 2027, with details of any share repurchases to be disclosed through regulatory announcements and published on the company’s website.

Company Secretary Sean Ward issued the statement on behalf of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited.
