JD Health updates share repurchase: 2.25 million shares bought on 19 May; mandate utilisation rises to 0.14%

JD Health International Inc. disclosed that it repurchased 2.25 million ordinary shares on 19 May 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD 41.20 to HKD 41.92. The transaction cost totalled HKD 93.26 million, implying a volume-weighted average price of HKD 41.48 per share.

Including earlier buybacks on 15 May (0.20 million shares) and 18 May (1.91 million shares), shares pending cancellation now stand at 4.35 million, equivalent to 0.14% of the company’s 3.21 billion issued shares.

Under the shareholder mandate approved on 20 June 2025, JD Health is authorised to repurchase up to 320.01 million shares. After the latest transactions, the company has utilised 1.36% of this capacity.

No new shares were issued during the period, and the total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 3.21 billion prior to cancellation of the repurchased stock. A 30-day moratorium on new share issuance or treasury-share transfers is in effect until 18 June 2026, pursuant to Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a).
