Clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Seaport Therapeutics, which focuses on novel treatments for neuropsychiatric disorders, has announced that its management team will participate in two upcoming investor conferences.

According to the company, Seaport will attend the Goldman Sachs 47th Annual Global Healthcare Conference, with a fireside chat scheduled for June 10, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Additionally, the company will take part in the UBS Virtual CNS Day, with a fireside chat set for June 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Live webcasts for both events will be accessible via the investor relations section of the company's website, with replays available afterward. Seaport will also engage in one-on-one investor meetings during the conferences.

Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, Seaport Therapeutics was founded in 2024 and completed its initial public offering on the Nasdaq on May 1, 2026, under the ticker symbol SPTX. The company raised approximately $255 million through an oversubscribed IPO, pricing shares at $18 each, which was at the top end of the marketed range.

The core of Seaport's technology is its proprietary Glyph platform, designed to bypass first-pass metabolism by targeting the lymphatic system, with the goal of enhancing oral bioavailability and reducing liver-related side effects. The company's lead candidate, SPT-300, is an oral prodrug of allopregnanolone for the treatment of major depressive disorder, while another candidate, SPT-320, targets generalized anxiety disorder.

The company stated that its existing cash and IPO proceeds are expected to fund operations into 2029. By participating in these two major investor conferences, Seaport aims to share its latest progress and strategic plans in neuropsychiatric drug development with the investment community.
