Property developer GREENTOWN CHINA (HKG: 03900) has announced its operational results for May and the period from January to May 2026.

In May 2026, the group's self-invested projects sold 2,122 units, covering a gross floor area of approximately 320,000 square meters. The sales value for the month was about RMB13.4 billion, with an average selling price of roughly RMB41,798 per square meter.

For the cumulative period from January to May 2026, the self-invested projects achieved contracted sales area of about 1.48 million square meters and contracted sales value of approximately RMB48.5 billion. The portion attributable to the group's equity holders amounted to around RMB32.5 billion.

As of May 31, 2026, there was an additional amount of approximately RMB3.2 billion from signed subscription agreements that had not yet been converted into formal sales contracts. The equity portion of this attributable to the group was about RMB2.1 billion.

In May 2026, the group's project management business, where it acts as a development manager for other parties, recorded sales area of roughly 440,000 square meters, generating sales of about RMB6.3 billion.

For the first five months of 2026, the cumulative sales area for the project management business reached approximately 1.78 million square meters, with total sales value of around RMB25.2 billion.
