INNOSCIENCE's stock price surged 8.89% during intraday trading on Wednesday, marking a significant rally for the semiconductor company.
The sharp increase is attributed to two major catalysts. First, Huawei's formal release of its "Tao Law" framework, which positions Gallium Nitride (GaN) as the core material for future semiconductor evolution. INNOSCIENCE, as the world's leading 8-inch GaN-on-Si IDM manufacturer, is seen as the critical hardware enabler for Huawei's implementation of this new technology roadmap.
Secondly, the move coincides with a broad semiconductor sector rally fueled by NVIDIA's strong earnings. INNOSCIENCE is noted as the sole Chinese supplier on NVIDIA's vendor list for its 800V high-voltage DC architecture, providing full-link GaN power solutions. Analysts link significant value to GaN in AI data centers, further bolstering the company's prospects amid the sector-wide uptick.
