China Software International (00354) saw its shares surge more than 8% in Thursday trading following the release of its interim results. At the time of writing, the stock was up 8.43% at HK$3.73, with turnover reaching HK$128 million.
The company posted first-half revenue of RMB 8.948 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of 5.2%, while profit attributable to shareholders rose 11% to RMB 350 million. Management attributed the steady revenue growth to the continued scaling of its full-stack, full-scenario AI products and services, which generated sales of RMB 1.532 billion—a substantial 133.7% surge compared to the same period last year. This segment has solidified its position as the group's primary growth engine, demonstrating robust momentum.
Notably, the company recently established the FDE Innovation Lab in collaboration with Moonshot AI and is exploring a Token revenue-sharing model. This initiative is expected to close the loop between computing power, models, and enterprise applications, thereby accelerating the commercial deployment of enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions.
Analysts at Guotai Haitong Securities noted that the company is leveraging its foundational IT services as a core pillar while advancing its "AI + HarmonyOS" and "AI + ERP" initiatives as two key growth drivers, accelerating its transformation into an enterprise Agentic AI architect and integrator.
