Cofoe Medical buys back 408,700 A-shares for RMB 21.53 million, lifting pending cancellation to 0.45% of share capital

Cofoe Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Cofoe Medical; HKEX: 01187) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 23 July 2026, detailing the latest progress of its on-market share buy-back programme for its A-shares listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

On 23 July 2026, the company repurchased 408,700 A-shares via the Shenzhen bourse at prices ranging between RMB 51.63 and RMB 53.17 per share, for a total cash consideration of RMB 21.53 million. The transaction represents approximately 0.20% of Cofoe Medical’s issued share capital of 201.70 million shares (excluding treasury shares).

Including the 496,200 A-shares repurchased on 22 July 2026 at a volume-weighted average price of RMB 52.61 per share, Cofoe Medical now holds 904,900 shares pending cancellation, equivalent to 0.45% of its issued share capital. The combined outlay for the two-day repurchase tranche amounts to roughly RMB 47.64 million.

As at the close of 23 July 2026, Cofoe Medical’s share count remains unchanged at 201.70 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 7.20 million treasury shares, as the recently repurchased shares have not yet been formally cancelled. The board confirms that all repurchase activities complied with relevant regulations and were duly authorised.
