China Medical System repurchases 5.4 million shares in June for about 10 million Singapore dollars

China Medical System Holdings Limited reported in its monthly return for the period ended Jun, 30 2026 that it bought back 5.377 million ordinary shares during the month, retaining all of them as treasury shares. The repurchases, conducted between Jun, 1 2026 and Jun, 24 2026, cost the company roughly 10 million Singapore dollars in aggregate.

Following the transactions, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell to 2.433 billion, while its treasury share balance increased to 6.397 million. The total number of issued shares remained stable at 2.439 billion.

China Medical System confirmed that its public float continued to meet the minimum 25% requirement under Hong Kong listing rules as at the end of June.
